Quality Electronic Manufacturing Services, Inc. (QEMS) was incorporated in Charlotte, NC in January 2002 by a partnership of investors and seasoned engineers with a long history of working together in the manufacture of printed circuit board assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic systems. QEMS’ experience has included PCB design, Quality Systems (ISO9000, QS9000),Interconnect Standards (IPC610), purchasing, SMT, MRP, and a full range of technologies and techniques essential to success in the Electronic Manufacturing business.

QEMS is aware that Electronic Business is constantly changing and we are committed to identifying and utilizing the technologies and capital equipment best suited to the demands of the future while employing the best of what the past has taught us. For the customer, this means that to the traditional offering of consignment EMS, QEMS can provide Technical Design Manufacturing Services, such as Design for Manufacturing.

We at QEMS, Inc. are extremely interested in developing long term relationships with top flight companies and we believe we can offer very aggressive pricing on through hole or SMT printed circuit assemblies in any quantity range from prototypes to medium volume runs. We are also equipped to produce a wide variety of cable assemblies / cable harnesses and have the capability to perform pc board rework / repair services for your operation.
