QEMS hosts a monthly birthday event to treat QEMS employees celebrating a birthday within the calendar month. In February, the birthday event was hosted at Kami (Chinese, Japanese, and Thai) in Weddington, NC. Please enjoy the gallery for our February birthday celebration and see for yourself how much fun we have with our company!
QEMS, Inc. was a Gold Sponsor for the 2015 Union County Chamber of Commerce Red Carpet Gala. Members of the Executive, Human Resources, Sales, and Purchasing teams came to proudly represent our company at the event and had a wonderful time.
This annual gala, always held the first Thursday in December, is the annual premiere event for the whole of the Chamber. At this event, awards are presented to distinguished chamber members and those who have volunteered throughout the year. The event is located at the Union County Agricultural Center in Monroe, NC, and boasts an impressive “golden row” for golden sponsors displays (which QEMS proudly participated in this year). The next gala will be held December 1, 2016, and QEMS looks forward to attending once again.

Christmas is traditionally a time for family, friends, and expressing our appreciation for one another. It is also a time to congratulate ourselves on a busy year, reward ourselves for all our hard work, and ensure those who matter to us (from our Executive Team all the way to our interns) know we care.
On 12/21/15, QEMS hosted an on-site holiday luncheon for its employees. The meal was catered by Rocky Top BBQ from Belmont, NC and included their signature pulled pork and beef brisket. Speeches were made by the QEMS Executive Team and gifts were presented to the team.
Please enjoy the gallery for this event. Happy Holidays to the QEMS team, and here’s to a successful and ambitious 2016!
QEMS has received recognition from the Monroe/Union County Fraternity of Police (FOP #19) as a Superior Sponsor for the Cops & Kids Program in both 2014 and 2015. This program provides charitable services to children in need (most commonly school supplies and Christmas gifts) and is designed to build a lasting impression to underprivileged children that the police in their area are friends and always there to help.
